Privacy Policy
The short version: the PDFs you fill, everything you type into them and your signatures stay on your device. We never receive or store them.
1. Your files and signatures
FieldFillerPro runs in your web browser. When you open a PDF, it is read and processed on your own device. Filling, signing and creating the download all happen there too. Your PDF, the information you enter and the signatures you create are not uploaded to our servers or to anyone else's, and we have no access to them. They're kept in your browser's memory only while the page is open and are cleared when you close or reload it.
When you choose a file on our home page, your browser keeps it in its own storage on your device for the moment it takes to open the editor page, and deletes it as soon as the editor has read it. This handover never leaves your device either.
Signatures you made earlier are offered again only during the same visit. We don't save them.
2. Information stored in your browser
We store one small setting in your browser's local storage: whether you've closed the first-visit tip, so we don't show it again. It contains no personal information. The file handover described above also uses your browser's storage briefly, and is deleted automatically. You can clear all of it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
3. Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so we know what to improve. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. It collects aggregated information such as page views, the referring website, country, and browser and device type.
4. Hosting and security
The website is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request (such as your IP address and browser) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Pages load the Manrope font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to download it. See Google's privacy policy.
5. Problem reports and messages
If you send us a problem report from the app or a message from our contact page, it's delivered to our email inbox through Web3Forms. A message includes what you write, and your email address only if you enter one. A problem report can also include technical details if you leave that option on: the app version, browser and screen size, and any error messages. Reports never include your PDF, its file name, or anything you typed into it. Please don't put personal information such as your SSN in a message.
We use messages only to answer you and fix problems, and we delete them when they're no longer needed.
6. Advertising
To keep FieldFillerPro free, we may show ads from Google AdSense on our home page and our guide and information pages. The form editor, where you fill and sign your PDF, is a separate page that never loads any ad code, so advertisers can't see your forms.
On pages with ads, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on those visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in some regions, such as the European Economic Area and the UK, will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
7. What we don't do
- We don't require an account or ask for your name to use the tool.
- We don't sell personal information.
- We don't see, store or share the forms you fill.
8. Children
FieldFillerPro isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
