About FieldFillerPro
FieldFillerPro is a free, simple way to fill in and sign PDF forms right in your browser, without printing, scanning or uploading anything.
Why it exists
Everyday paperwork (a training plan for STEM OPT, a W-4 for a new job, a W-9 for a client) usually arrives as a PDF. Filling it shouldn't need an expensive subscription, and you shouldn't have to upload a document with your Social Security number to someone else's server just to type into a few boxes.
FieldFillerPro was built to fix both: it's free to use, and your file is opened and saved entirely on your own device.
What you can do
- Fill the form's own fields (text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns), one at a time with the guide bar, or by tapping any box.
- Add text anywhere, including spots where the form has no box, with fonts, sizes and highlighting.
- Sign by drawing, typing your name, or uploading a photo of your signature on white paper.
- Download a locked copy (answers can't be changed) or an unlocked one (still editable).
How your privacy is protected
When you open a PDF, your browser reads it on your own phone or computer. The filling, signing and saving all happen there. Your file, what you type and your signature are never sent to us or stored anywhere. Close the tab and they're gone. The details are in our privacy policy.
Good to know
- FieldFillerPro helps you fill in forms. It doesn't give legal, immigration or tax advice, and it doesn't send forms anywhere for you.
- Signatures you add are visual electronic signatures, like a signature on paper. They are not certificate-based "digital signatures".
- Most fillable PDFs work, including encrypted government forms that open without a password. A few older forms built only for Adobe (called XFA forms) can't be filled.
